Membership Applications For a user who makes a membership application, we request personal

information on the application form. Contact information (name, address, email, etc.) is requested.

This information is used for the Club’s records only. If the membership application is unsuccessful

then the information is deleted immediately. If membership is granted then the information is

kept on file until 3 months after membership has elapsed.

Adoption Applications For a user who makes an adoption application, we request personal

information on the application form. Contact information (name, address, email, etc.) is requested.

This information is used for the Club’s records only. We will retain this information for a maximum of 2

years from the date of receipt.

Cookies We will store a persistent cookie so that you may retrieve the products in your shopping cart with

no need to go through re-choosing all of them again. However, the cookie will eventually expire if there is

no activity in your cart, e.g. view, add to, etc., for a number of days. This website cookies do not contain

will experience limited functionality in some areas of our site. For example, the user will not be able to
